In Illuminati-founder Adam Weishaupt's hometown Ingolstadt

Ingolstadt is famous for being the hometown of AUDI cars, and of SATURN Media Markt, and of Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein", and of the Bavarian "Illuminati" order.

The Illuminati were (or are) a secretive freemason chapter founded by Adam Weishaupt in Ingolstadt in 1776, which certainly had some influence in US history. Many people think they still secretly run the world today (but definitely not from Ingolstadt :-)

Ingolstadt is also the unofficial chav* capital of Germany, it houses the Bavarian Police Museum, it lies at Danube kilometer 2.460 counted from the river delta in the east, it is the end of the Gunvor oil-pipeline from the east (pictured above), and it is a shit-magnet for east-gothic petty criminals. But that is all another chapter.

Funnily, the AUDI name (meaning: "to listen/hear" in Spanish) is derived from its predecessor car-brand HORCH (meaning: "listen carefully!" in German). A befitting Ingolstadt-coincidence with the Illuminati whose internal structure were said to promote strong spy activity, demanding strict observance of superiors' orders, and never knowing who exactly rules at the next level of the power pyramid.

Whereas the modern global spy system is called "Five Eyes", AUDI carries only four in its logo.

And then the occult meaning of SATURN ...

I was attracted to Ingolstadt by one of the few Illuminati guided tours there: http://www.illuminati.in which I can highly recommend (Press).

Apparently the Illuminati's lucky numbers were 2, 3, 5, 23 and 69, based on the Kabala, although I didn't find that in any written sources, except in "The Illuminatus! Trilogy" whose authors call "23" a "mindfuck" (discordianism) .

Compare this to the kabalistic "9" and "11" which can be found everywhere from B'av Tisha = date of destruction of Solomon's temple, to the $-note's snake and two pillars, to Germany's national date of fate, or the 911 emergency call number, or the 9-11 incident, etc. and it almost seems like "23" was introduced as a distraction strategy.

In any case, our guided tour started from the Ingolstadt Liebfrauen Munster at exactly 23 minutes past 5, lasting 69 minutes with our group comprising 69 paying guests. So many coincidences ...

The two guides re-enacted some important parts of history in the middle of Ingolstadt's medieval town centre which was quite amusing.

Of course there was also some general insight on freemasonry with their well-known symbols and codes ...

... and some insight into the Illuminati (the light bearers of the enlightenment - opposed to the dark and oppressive church religion), ...

... such as visiting Adam Weishaupt's former house of his Illuminati reunions ... with the 6 six-pointed stars ...

... and the historic "Hohe Schule", Ingolstadt's university founded in 1472, where Weishaupt was a Professor of Law (university later moved to Munich).

In the guided tour there was not much info on the Illuminati's presence in our daily lives - which does in fact lead some people to believe in an ongoing Illuminati conspiracy.

Freemasonic pyramid and the all-seeing Eye of Providence.

Annuit Coeptis = May our undertaking be chosen (or other translations).

According to Ayn Rand in "Atlas Shrugged", the $-note-design goes back to her lover Philipp Rothschild.

A particularly spectacular theory says that Adam Weishaupt, after the Illuminati were banned by Bavaria in 1785, didn't stay in exile in Gotha, but went to found the United States and impersonated George Washington (who is pictured on the one-dollar-bill) as their first president in 1789 ...

... and - according to that theory - W. chose the white headed (=bald) eagle as the heraldic animal of the United States, and as a secret sign of his real name (Weishaupt = white head).

Peak Owl

There is another Illuminati animal that appears even more often in a clandestine manner: the owl (Ile or Ull in old German) ...

or rather Minerva, the symbolic animal of wisdom ("carrying owls to Athens"), or the direct translation of "Soviet" (= owl = wisdom in Slavic), and it is also an initiation grade within the Illuminati and other freemasonic lodges ...

... also seen here at the Bohemian Club's annual congregation near San Francisco ...

...where some famous names (e.g. Reagan and Nixon above, at Owl's Nest, Bohemian Grove) engage in a strange caustic burning ritual ("The cremation of care") in front of a sacrificial molech (in owl shape) ... and other non-standard activities (at least by non-San-Francisco-standards).

Soviet = Owl in Slavic languages !

The architecture of Washington D.C. is also full of freemasonic symbolism from obelisks to street shapes. The cornerstone under the Washington Memorial Obelisk is (officially!) accompanied with Washington's personal freemasonic memorabilia. He and most other US presidents actually swore their presidential oath on a freemasonic book of the "St. John's Lodge Nr. 1".

And I've found the owl in other non-suspecting places, such as the site of Germany's controversial capitulation in Compiègne in 1918 (negotiations started on 9.11. to be precise).
