I like to chose my hotels - and countries - based on the possibility to smoke a cigar in a nice lounge area
(I don't mean an empty room or a cold terrace!). Obviously, legal (over-) restrictions are suffocating people
with my tastes. For the like-minded, a list of luxury hotels with smoking lounges could be helpful.
